The Information of Thomas Carpmeal< no role > , John Clark< no role >
Patrick Mc Manus< no role > and Charles Jealous< no role > taken before
me this 14th. day of August 1782

Who being upon Oath say, and for it the said Thomas Carpmeal
says, that he this day in Company with other Officers went
to a House in Bever Lane Hammersmith , having received
Information of Coiners being thereThat not being able, from
the said John Clarks< no role > having rung the Bell at the House to gain
Admittance forwards he went backwards and broke the
Window opposite Cellar Stairs, where he saw four persons now
present who call themselves Jonathan Buckley< no role > , Richard Harpur< no role >
James Rothwell< no role > and Mary Child< no role > come from said Cellar
That finding he could not get into said House he came
to the front, broke the Parlour Window and got into the House
together with the said John Clark< no role > That in a two pair of Stairs
Room he apprehended the said Jonathan Buckley< no role > Richard Harpur
and James Rothwell< no role > , who at the time he enter'd said Room
were changing their CloathsThat their Hands were greasy anddo
dirty and they appeared as if they had lately been at Work
That in another Room adjoining the said Room in which the
said persons were apprehended he found the said James Rothwell< no role > 's
Breeches and Waistcoat in the Pockets of which were several
Counterfeit Halfpence and also other Counterfeit Half pence
now produced now produced lying on the FloorThat in
an other Room on the same Floor he found the said Mary Child< no role >
