his Escape but that he verily believes that David Jones< no role > now present
is the Person who so threw away the said BaconAnd the said
Moses Ratlam< no role > for himself says that he lives in Church Lane
before mentioned that on Friday Morning last hearing a Noise
in theStreetsLane he looked out at his Window & saw the said
James Maker and David Jones< no role > with the said Andrew Hopkins< no role >
and that after some Conversation about fetching some person to
prove how they came by the property that they were stopped with
the said David Jones< no role > ran away, and this Informant farther Says
that the said David Jones< no role > used to frequent a Public house where
this Informant also sometimes went which was the Reason that
this Informant knew him so well on Friday Morning last
And the said Joseph levy< no role > for himself says that on hearing
that the said Thomas Dempsey< no role > had been robbed of a Coat
and recollecting to have seen a Coat upon the said James
Maker when he was examined which did not fit him he
went to the Prison where the said James Maken was confined
and there this Informant found the said James Maken wearing
the Coat which is owned by the said Thomas Dempsey< no role >
