The Information of Christiana White< no role > Servant to
William Prosser< no role > of the White Swan inBreams
Buildings Chancery Lane Victualter taken
before me this 6th.. day of July 1782.

Who being on Oath says that on Tuesday last the 2nd.. Instant
two Women now present who call themselves Sarah Marshall< no role >
and Sarah Bourk, came into her said Master's house and
called for a Pot of Beer. That after they had paid for the
Beer the said Sarah Marshall< no role > took out of the Bar a
Bundle of Things now producted viz a Black Mode Cloak,
a Table Cloth, a Pair of White Gaiters a Shirt and a
Pair of Gloves, the Property of this Informant, the said
William Prosser< no role > , and one Nicholas Miller< no role > a Soldier.
That upon this Informant attempting to take the same Articles
away from said Sarah Marshall< no role > , she resisted and said
that they were her own property"That after struggling
with said Sarah Marshall< no role > some time in the Passage ,
she got the said Bundle of Things from her and threw
them into the Bar, and does verily believe that the said
Sarah Marshall< no role > feloniously took the said Articles with
an Intention to steal and carry away the same, but
believes that the said Sarah Bourk< no role > was Innocent thereof.
