of the Surgeons to the London Hospital
Saith That the Deceased Came to the Hospital
last Sunday was three Weeks

That Informant Saw him on the Monday
Morning (the next Day)That he had a
Wound on the left side his Head which
Occasioned a FissureIt was a small
Wound but down to the Bone

That every Thing was Done for him that
could be DoneThat the Eighteenth day
Day Vomitings Rigor and Delirium Came on
him And Continued till his Death which
happened last Tuesday Morning
Saith he is of Opinion that the Wound
was given by a Cutlass or Hanger And
Informant hath no Doubt but that Wound
was the Cause of his DeathFor that
he had no Other Marks of Violence about him

The above Informations
were severally Taken and
Acknowledged the Day and
Year first above written
