Middlesex to wit


The Information of Ann Prector
taken before me One of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that she is House keeper
to Lewis Montilien< no role > Esqr . in Albermarle Street that
on the 3d. of January she locked up the House between
five & Six oClock in the Evening [..]
and [..] double locked the Street Door took the Key
with herthatwent out & returned about Eleven oClock
when she found the Street door upon the Single
Lock the Inner Doors Deawers all open she
then perceived the House had been broke Open and
Robbed of three or more Trunks or Boaes containing
among others the following things two Suits of
Regimentals a Snuff Coloured Waistcoat two pieces
of Black Silk One Piece of Orange Snuff some
Handkerchiefs & Stockings [..] most of which things
have been produced before the Lord Mayor of London
and are in possession of some of his Officers
And this Informant Henry Hart< no role > for himself saith
that he together with John May< no role > now present and
John Monday< no role > and John Best< no role > about Seven oClock
in the Evening on the 3d. of January Broke Open
the said House by Opening the Street Door with a
false Key and Stole therein from the back Parlour
four Trunks or Boxes. which they carried in a Coach
to Mrs. Barews. in Shoemaker Row Houndsditch
where they were Opened and contained among other things
two [..] Sints of Regimental Cloaths. Six Dozen of Green
handled knieves & Forks. a Quantity of black Silk upon
