on the Familys going out of Town that he this
Informant used frequently to Open the Windows of
the said House in Order to Air it & the Furniture
And further saith that about ten days before Christmas
Day he was in the said House and found it safe
Locked up and every thing therein in [..] their
proper Places and when he came out he Locked the
House again safe up. and saith that the day
after Christmas Day the Watchman came to this
Informant and told him Mr. Bramstons House
was broke Open upon which he Immediately
went and found the Area Gate unlocked, the Door
which [..] at the bottom of the
Area Steps broke Open and the Glass which [..]
is over the Door that leads into the Kitchen broke
and there appeared feet Marks as if the Person or
Persons had got into the Kitchin thorough the said
Window and this Informant went up Stairs
and found several of the Closets & Drawers Broke
Open but what was Stolen thereout he cannot
tell Upon which this Informant wrote to Mr.
Bramston acquainting him of the same
And this Informant Dennis Mc Donald< no role > for
himself saith that he is a Constable that on
the 13th. of January Instant he searched the
Lodgings of the person now present who calls himself
John Mary< no role > and found therein the Bolster and
Pillowand [..] now produced and which
is [..] to be the Property of Thomas
