an dayl. Cooper for aiding and abetting him
Brown is not in Custodybut Cooper is

You will therefore move that the Trial of
Cooper may be put off till [..] the next
Sessions before when we hope to get BrownAnd
that the Prosecutor's Recognizance may also
be respitice till the next Sessions

[..] be must of course convent to Cooper being
bail'd on giving proper Noticehe has offered
4 Persons to buil him on bringing a Hab: torp
in the Kings Bench and if he will propose
the same Persons we shall not object to them
