Who being upon Oath say and first the said John
Luntley< no role >
for himself says that there has been a Quantity of
Lead stolen from an old uninhabited house his Property situate
in the Parish of Christ Church
in Middlesex
And the said John
Revel< no role >
for himself Says that on Saturday last Richard Thomas< no role >
now present brought to this Informant's Shop a Quantity of Lead
now produced and offered to sell the same to this Informant and
on this Informant's questioning him how he came by it he
said he was a Bricklayer's Labourer
and that the Bricklayer
with whom he worked had sent him sell it, that John
Yates< no role >
now present was afterwards apprehended who the
said Richard Thomas< no role >
had declared had sent him with the Lead
and both the said John [..] Yates< no role >
and Richard Thomas< no role >
have
acknowledged that the Lead now produced was taken by them
from the said old house of the said John Luntley< no role >
's near which
the said John Yates< no role >
and Richard Thomas< no role >
had been working
And these Informants further say that they do verily
believethatfrom the Acknowledgement of the said John
Yates< no role >
and Richard Thomas< no role >
and from other Circumstances
that the said John Yates< no role >
and Richard Thomas< no role >
did Feloniously
rip cut steal and carry away the said Lead now produced
