Fore Sheets of the said Lighter and must have been taken from
under the Tarpaulin in the said Lighter and that the said
Bag of Payments now produced is part of the Cargo of
the said Ship May Ann.

Lastly Saith that at the time he called out Stop
Thief he saw a Boat with some Persons in it rowing
from the Ships Row but how many he cannot till
