Who being on Oath say and first the said John Gann< no role >
for
himself says that nine pair of Mens Shoes now produced,
are the Property of this Informant, and have been feloniously
taken out of this Informants Shop & as he verily believes
about the beginning of August last, at which time
a Person now present who calls himself William
Hartington< no role >
was his Shopman. And the said Thomas
Brown< no role >
for himself says that on the tenth day of
August last the nine pair of Shoes now produced
by this Informant, were pawneck at his said Master's
Shop for One pound Seven Shillings, by the said
William Hartington< no role >
, who then said that his Name
was John Morris< no role >
