Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said
County this 10th day of May 1781.
This Informant upon his Oath saith that on Sunday Night last
the 6th day of May Instant about the hour of Eleven O'Clock as he was
comeing from the blue Coat Boy Islington
in Company with
Elizabeth his Wife he was Attacked by Three Men near the
Jubilee Gardens
Islington Road
one of which Men who saith
his Name is Boys Errburril Struck him on the right hand with
a Cutlass or hanger and Immediately siezed him by his Collar
pushed him down on the Ground and there did feloniously take
from his person One Penny in half penny's his property &
this Informant further upon his Oath saith that the said
Person who struck and Robbed him as aforesaid is the same
that now calls himself by the Name of Boys Errburril
and this Informant further saith that one of the other
two persons [..] gave the Cloak which was taken from the
said Elizabeth his Wife to the said Boys Errburrill who put
it between his knees
