Who being upon oath says that a person now present who
calls himself Mary Thompson< no role >
hath lived with this Informant as a Servant
for about five Weeks pastSays that the said Mary Thompson< no role >
told her last Night between 11 and 12 o Clock that a silver Desert
Spoon now produced was missing and could not be found on which
she told her that she must find itThat when she came down
this morning about 9 o Clock the said Mary Thompson< no role >
told her that
she would look for the Spoon, and returned in about an hour and
a half, and said she could not find it; during which time this
Informant caused her House to be searched, but it could not
befoundThat she then insisted on the said Mary Thompson< no role >
turning
out her Pocket before her, on which [..] She pulled out the said
