The Information of Martha Wright< no role > , John Cross< no role > and Sarah
Cullis
< no role > taken before me this 30th. day of March 1781

Who being upon Oath say, and first said Martha Wright< no role > for
herself says, that yesterday morning between 10 & 11 o Clock, she was sent
by Mr. John Riley< no role > of Park Street Grosvenor Square to his house on a
Message to her Mother (who has the Care of the house) Says that when
she went into the Parlour she saw a person now present who calls herself
Susannah Fosset sitting by the Fire side near the CupboardThat her said
Mother desired her to take a Bason out of said Cupboard Which she
did, and she then perceived two silver Table Spoons there-That in about
a Quarter of an hour afterwards Mr. Riley came in and called this
Informants Mother up stairs, and soon afterwards this Informant; and
in about two Minutes after the said Susannah Fosset came to the
foot of the Stairs and said she was going away immediately after
which she came down stairs and on looking into the Cupboard one
of the silver Table Spoons was gone-And the said John Cross< no role > for
himself says that yesterday about two o Clock he found the Silver
Table Spoon now produced upon some Drawers in the Lodging Room of
Ann Bean< no role > in Swallow Street And the said Sarah Cullis for herself
says that she was all yesterday forenoon in the said Ann Beans
Room and that about 12 o Clock in the forenoon she wiped down the Drawers
of said Ann Bean< no role > , soon after which the said Susannah Fosset came
inThat when she wiped them down, she is very sure the said
Silver Spoon was not there, but in about half an hour afterwards she
saw the said Ann Bean< no role > who was looking out some dirty Linen find
the Spoon amongst the Linen upon the Drawers, which she is very sure
the said Susannah Fosset must have hidden thereand the said
Martha Wright< no role > for herself further says that the said Silver Spoon found by
the said John Cross< no role > is the Silver Spoon stolen from the said Mr. Riley's house
