The Information of Elizabeth Starzaker< no role > and William
Starzaker
< no role > taken before me this 27th. 1781

Who being upon Oath say, and first the said Elizabeth Starzaker< no role >
says, that between 12 and 1 o'Clock this day a person no present who
calls herself Charlotte Ware< no role > came in Company with another Woman
to this Informants Shop near the New Church in the Strand and said
they wanted some Ribbon, on which she shewed them a Box of
Ribbon but neither of them bought anyThat on the said
Charlotte Wares going away with the other Woman she immediately
missed four pieces of Ribbon Which had been stolen out of said Box
And the said William Starzaker< no role > for himself says that on being called
by his wife, who said that two Women had robbed her of some
Ribbon he apprehend the said Charlotte Ware< no role > and found in her
Possession cancelled under her Arm a piece of black Ribbon
now producedAnd the said Elizabeth Starzaker< no role > for herself
further says, that she is very sure that the said piece of Black
Ribbon
< no role > is one of the four piece of [..] Ribbon that was
feloniously stolen from her as aforesaid.
