And this Informant saith that about the same Time he with said James Grant< no role > Broke
into a House in the Parish of Christ Church Spittalfields: and Stole 12 pair of Men and
women Shoes, one pair of Boots, one pair of Silver Spurs, and one pair of Silver Studs
Which they sold to [..] Barnett the Jewassd. for 2 Guineas & a half [..] and Shared
the same-

And this Informant further Saith that he with Lamb Smith< no role > , James Grant< no role > , James
Bean
< no role > and John Davis< no role > broke into a Dye house adjoining to the Dwelling house afore
Mr. Desonneaux in the Parish of Christ Church on the County of Middlesex and Stole a Quantity
of Silk in Weight Between 20 & 30th, which ther took to said James Grants House Situate in Pig Alley near
the Dye house immediately as they took it from the Dye House, but being Dubious of their being found out by its
continuing there, they agreed to take the same to a Summer House at the Warlds End norr
Stepney till such Times they could get a Purchaser for the same, since which Time the Silk
has been fetched away by some of Justice Wilmots Men upon the Information of one Mr.
Wagstaff
