This Informant saith that about the beginning of September last being in Company with one
Lamb Smith< no role >
and Daniel Delaforce< no role >
& after having had a Conversation about same Robberies they
agreed to Breake into the House of said Delaforces Father who keeps a Pawnbrokers Shop in
Norton Folgate
, to rob him of his Plate, accordingly they went for that purpose on a Sunday
evening following but were prevented by the Familys being at Home, in 2 or 3 days afterwds.

came to this informant and told hm that if they had robbed his Father on the
Proceding Sunday he intended to have put what he should have taken under Ground in
a Garden near Bethnal Green
Road which, Smith and This informant knew, after this
Conversation Delaforce asked this Informant to go with him a Second Time to his Fathers
House in Norn Falgate & try they Cosd. rob him, but this informant refused observing
that he thought it was impossible to get into the House, in about 3 days afterwards this
Informant & Lamb Smith afsd. went to the Garden asmentd. aforesaid expecting is Delaforce had robb'd
his Father the property was very likely there, and upon Searching they found Buried
under Ground in this Garden about 100 Gold Rings about 100 Pair of Silver Shoe Buckles &
17 or 18 Silver Watches, the Rings & Watches were sold by Lamb Smith to one Ms. Votier
near Clerkenwell
for 16 Gunieas half of which this informant received, that Buckles
were sold by said Smith to a Man at a House near the Bulls head Clerkenwell
for
20 Guineas half of which this Informant received
This Informant saith that about six Weeks ago he this Informant and one

as they told this Informant &
Gave this informant 2 Guineas and three Shillings for his Share
This Informant saith that about a mouth ago he took out of a

Spittalfields a Silk Gown which he Sold to one Barnett
a Jew in
Rose Alley
Bishopgate Street
for 7s.

Broke into a House near the Ducking pond white Chapel
and stole a Quantity of
Wearing apparel and a Pint Plated nugh
, which they sold to Barnett
aforesaid for
Between 2 & 3 Pounds which they shared.
