have lost his Voyage And this Dept saith that he did not Neglect
to attend & prosecute & give Evidence agt [..] thro: any favoures
Affection or for any Reward the hope a promise thereof but that it was
enterily occasioned by his they engaged to go with Resd. Ship & the sd. Ships setty. Sail acepd. and
thro no other reason or motion whatsoever therefore this Dept humbly
pays that this Honourable Court will be pleased to order his said Recogn
to be Discharged
