Silver Coins which were Sold to a
Silver smith in Carlisle as he thinks,
by Joseph Muggleton< no role > , Declares
That on Tuesday last, the Declarent
became uneasy in his mind con:
:cerning said Robbery, and was Resolved
to give Information to a Magistrate
thereof, And this day he mentioned
the same to William Jackling< no role > , Who
Agreed with the Declarant in that
Resolution, And so Soon as they came
to Edr. the Declarant along with
Jackland informed the Judge Exa:
:minator, in substance as above
declared, and further Declares that
on their Arrival in Darlington
Muggleton purchased the pair of
Pistol's now in Court, as also the Powder
Horn, Powder & two Pistol Balls, also
in Court from a Merchant there for
three Guineas all of which he produced in
the Council Chamber before his examina
tion this is truth, two words delete as
errors before Signing
