and upon looking further [..] and Opening the
Box or Case wherein the Jewels had been deposited found
that a Diamond and Pearl Necklace several Diamond
Crockets a Pair of Diamond Earrings and other
Diamonds had been also taken and carried away And
this Informant further saith that some Suspicion
arising of a Person who had lately lived as a Servant
with this Informant of the Name of William Gellene
otherwise Galanty such me sure were pursued and
taker to discover the Lodgings of the said Gellene
otherwise Garlonty asproducedled to the Discovery
of the Diamonds and Jewels now produced which are
the property of this Informant and were taken and
Carried away as aforesaid which discovery and the
manner thereof will be related by the other Informants
Charles Grubb< no role > and Dennis Mc Donald< no role > who made
The Same

And these Informants Charles Grubb< no role > and Dennis -
Mc. Donald. for themselves say that on or about the
Eighth day of April last having discovered that a person
who calls himself William Gellene< no role > otherwise Garlanty
Lodged at one Mr. Hays a Bookseller in the Strand
and that the said Gellene otherwise so Garlanty was gone
out of Town and had left a large Trunk in the Lodgings
obtained a Warrant for searching of the same that
upon Breaking open the said Trunk they found a
therein a Small Wooden Box locked upon Breaking
Open whereof they found a Diamond and Pearl Necklace
several Diamond Crockets a Pair of Diamond Earrings
and other Diamondstogether with One hundred and
now produced all which Diamonds and Pearl were
Sworn to be the property of the other Informant
Cray le Crayle< no role > Esquires and these Informants further
say that they likewise found in the said Small Wooden
Box One hundred and Eleven half Crown pieces and
three Crown pieces now produced which the said Crayle
