The Information of Andrew Bowlan< no role > Elizabeth
Martin< no role > Aaron Lee< no role > and William Brown< no role >
taken before me this 26th. day of April 1775

Who being upon Oath say and first the said Andrews Bowlan and and Elizabeth
Martin< no role > say that they are Servants to Thomas Nugent< no role > Esquire in Queen
Square Bloomsbury Ormond Street, and the said Elizabeth Martin< no role > for herself says that
last Sunday Morning between 5 & 6 o'Clock when she came down
Stairs she found the house of the said Thomas Nugent< no role > Esqr. was broke
open, that she saw the Offenders going out of the Kitchen Door into the
Area upon which she returned up Stairs and alarmed the said Andrews
Bowlan, that this Informant and the said Andrew Bowlan looked out of
a Chamber Window and Saw three persons in the Area with a Bay which
she believes to be the Bag now produced, that she saw the said three
persent get out of the Said Area andtwo of therejump into the Garden
adjoining to Queen Square where they were pursued by the said Andrew
Bowlan, And the said Andrew Bowlan for himself says that two persons
now present who call themselves Henry Jordan< no role > and Frederick
Williams< no role > are [..] two of the persons whom he pursued into the Garden
as above mentioned, that in the said Garden one of the said persons
desired another of them [..] to blow his Brains out, that they both escaped into the
Fields adjoining to the said Garden and were soon afterwards
apprehended, that when he saw the three Offenders in the Area
belonging to the house of the said Thomas Nugent< no role > Esqr. as above
mentioned one of them (which he believes to be the said Henry Jordan< no role > )
had on his head a Silver laced hat now produced, that he also saw
the said Henry Jordan< no role > have in his Hand a Bag now produced
