White That they were both gone to Birmingham

from the Information he received from the Servt.
of ye sd Messrs. Smith [..] than at their Sd House in
Bishopsgate Street aforesaid And this Depont. further
Says that he Informed the above Deft. thereof who
told this Depont. they ye sd. Messrs. Russell and white
were both Materiall Witnesses for him ye sd Deft
and without the Benefitt of their Testmony he
cod not be Safe in proceeding to the Tryall on
the Indictmts found Against him which this
