Who being severally upon Oath say And first
this Informant Thomas Bonger for himself
saith that the Piece of Linen Cloth now
produced is the property of this Informant and
was placed on the outside of his Shop in Long
Acre
this Day when this Informant went out
he left the said piece of Clothout hisoutside of
his Shop. and saw the person now present
who calls himself Samuel Tibbells< no role >
looking
at the Goods in this Informants Shop Window
that when this Informant came home he found
the said Samuel Tibballs in Custody in this
Shop
And this Informant Zachariah Hardman
for himself saith that he lives Opposite the
Shop of the other Informant in Long Acre
that this Dayabot attwelve at noon he saw
the said Samuel Tibballs now present take the
Piece of Cloth now produced from the Shop
Door of the other Informant and put it into his
Apron and Immediately Ran Down Cross Lane
& down Castle Street & near to Giffords Brewker
this Informant took him with the said Cloth
upon Linnen his Apron
