been informed that he was called several times on the Wednesday
proceedings the said Friday and that this Deponent not being
there to Answer his said Recognizance was by this Honourable
Court Ordered to be Estreated into his Majestys Court of Exchequer
And that the said prisoner George Watson< no role > was afterward
Tried and Convicted on another Indictment and received
Sentence of Transportation which Information this Deponent
Verilly believes to be true And Lastly this Deponent Saith that
this Deponent Saiththat such his Neglect was not through any
favour or Affection to the said prisoner or for any Reward or
the hope or promise thereof but was entirely occasioned by the
said Mr. White who deceived and Misled this Deponent by his
Information aforesaid this Deponent being totally Ignorant how
to proceed against the said prisoner therefore this Deponent Humbly
prays that this Honourable Court will be pleased to Order his said
Recognizance to be Discharged
