Who being upon Oath saith that about a Month
ago he together with Fabius Lewis< no role >
Dennis Shiels< no role >
& John Hide< no role >
went out together one Night into
Brokers Alley
near Long Acre
where Dennis Shiels
went into a Brokers Shop & talked with the Woman
in which home he cut the String which tied up
several Pistols that lay in a Box on the Outside of
the Shop when Dennis Shiels took oneand
Pistol which is now produced and

took another and then they went
away together
That about Six Weeks ago this Informt
together with Fabius Lewis John Hide &
Robert Lewis< no role >
about Seven oClock at Night
as they were going along Drury Lane
at Mr. Johnson
a Silk Dyer they saw a Pane of Glass broke in
the Shop Window from which Shop out of the Window
they took a Blanket which was Sold by this
Informant John Hide & Robert Lewis it an
Iron Shop in Hog Lane
(which this Informant
believes to be the Shop of One Dunk) for four
Shillings and the Money was Shared between
them at the Turks had in Dyot Street

That about a Month ago he together with
Robt. Lewis about 7 or 8 o'Clock went to a
Hatters Shop the Corner of Monmouth Street
next to the French Change
where this Informant
heard over the Watch Door of the Shop & took
from of the Show Board & [..] Childrens
Hatts & two Mens Hatts which Himg up
Sold two Hatts to Mr. Whitfield who keeps an
Iron Shop in Stidwell Sheet
for half a Crown
One Name Hatt pawned by a Girl which was sent by
this Informant at a Pawnbrokers in Dyot Street for
