on her Oath says that on Monday last the 10th. of October instant
about Noon the Deceased was brought into the Hospital, Deponent
"Says the Surgeon asked her how the Accident had happened, and
"the Deced said she had fell down, on Thursdayandon Friday last
"Deponent asked Deceased [..] how the Accident happened, and
"the Deceased said that her Husband had of ten times used her Ill,
"that he had finished her now, and that he had pressed her against
"a Chest, that her Ribs cracked," that the Deceased Died on
Friday Night the 14th. of this Instant October at Ten o' Clockat
[..] and that from the time of the Deceased's coming into the
Hospital till within an hour of her Death she was in her
perfect Senses," Deceased told Deponent she hadnotbeen but
"a Weak Woman for about Eight Years past, but had been able
"to do her Business and get her Bread, the Deceased told the
"Deponent two or three days before her Death that if she Died
"her Sister would take her Husband up".
