Saith That yesterday Morning about Seven o Clockyesterday

he asked Davis if he had seen the Black Servant
And he Answerd' NoThat then Informant told Davis
to give him Two or three Kicks and Send him Home about
his BusinessSaith he heard onWednesdayTuesday that
Capt. Newtons Servant the Black and Mr. Davis had had
some words about a CatAnd on Thursday Informant
Heard Davis Askedthe Black if he Continued in the same
Mind By which Informant understood that they meant
to Fight togetherThat on Thursday Night at the Door
of the Bunch of Grapes Serjeant Richards took the Black
by his Collar and Davis by his Collar and Shoved them
One against the OtherThat they seemd' to be in
good Friendship thenThe Black appeared Laughing
And Informant Left them in that Situation
That Mr. Hughes who was Present said he would Second
Davis seemingly in a Joke and Informant said he should
get some Oranges to Squeeze in his Month in a pcular
wayThat yesterday Morning the Black Came
up to Davis at the Tower That Davis said "Well
are You in the same Mind" And the Black Answerd'
