Last about Seven O'Clock at the Golden Hart in
Phenix Street Spittlefields threw up the Window
sash of the back room the said Dearing Entered
the room and feloniously took thereout and delivered
to this Informant and the said Nichols three Blankets
which this, Informant took to his Apartment in
Three Ton Alley which Chapel which said Appartment
one Rachel Sampson< no role > had taken before with whom
this Informant had Cohabited

And on the same Night this Informant
together with the said Nichols and Dearing thus
up the Window; Sash of a side room at the Wilks
Head in Phenix Street Spittlefields the said
Dearing then Entered the room (about Half an Hour
Past seven O Clock) and feloniously took and gave
to this Informant and said Nichols two Chaires
and a Mahojany Table which is here produced
which said things were brought to the said Rachel
Sampsons Room

Saith he together with the said Nichols
and Dearing on Thursday Night last broke open
the Window Shutters of a House in Lambert
Street Goodmans Fields the said Dearing three
up the Sash and Entered the Room and feloniously
took thereout and gave to this Informant and
the said Nichols three Coats a Pair of Breeches
a Hatt a tea Kettle and a Copper Pot sold [..]
the said things to the said Barnet he knowing
them to be Stolen
