Majesty's Chaco of Enfield did Undy. & without the
Consent of his Majesty the owner of the sd. Deer or
the most Noble James Duke< no role > of Chandois the Pson
Chiefly entrusted with the Custody thereof Kill & take
away One fallow Deer whereby the sd. Geo: Allen< no role > hath
forfeited the Sum of £30: & not having Goods &
Chattels whereon to Levy the sd. Penalty Is Commited
to be Imprisoned One Whole Year & within that
time to be set in & upon the pillory at Endfield afsd.
purst. to the Stat. Etc. And also Convd. before sd. Sr.
