The Information of William Miles< no role >
an Apprentice to Charles Keirnon< no role > And
Thomas Peterson< no role > a Headborough
taken before Us two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County
City and Liberty

Who being severally upon Oath Say and first this
Informant William Miles< no role > for himself saith
that last Night between Nine and ten o Clock he
wasgoing downcoming up Duke Street Lincolns
June fields in his Way home to his Mastero
House with a bundle of Printed receipt now
produced under his Arm when a person now present
who calls himself John Twammly< no role > came upo to this
Informant and sayd to him hear me I must have
the Bundle and Immediately laid hold of it this
Informant told him it was only printed papers and would
be no Use to him the said John Twammy< no role > then
Swore a great Oath that he must have it and then
by forcetooktore the said Bundle from this Informant
and Ran away
this Informant was greatly frightened but recovering
himself upon seeing those Man at a [..] some
distance called out Stop Thief when the other
Informant stopped the said John Twammey< no role >

And this Informant Thomas Peterson for himself
saith that last Night about half an hour Past Nine
o Clock he was going along Linclons Inn Fields
when he heard a Copy of Stop Thief when he looked about
and saw the person now present who calls himself
John Twammey< no role > running very fast towards this
Informant with the Bundle now produced in his
hands that upon the said John Twammys< no role > coming
near this Informant he threw half a Dozen of
Chairs which he was carrying together with his
Knott upon the Ground and disposed himself to seize,
