Who being severally upon Oath say And first
this Informant John Headly< no role >
for himself saith
that on the 12th. Day of April last this Informt
was in Salisbury Court
in Fleet Street
where
there was a great Crowd occasioned by the Lord Mayor
going to Saint Brides Church
and in that Crowd
this Infromants Pocket was picked of a Silver
Watches Chair & a Seal and that the Watch
a Chain & Seal now produced by the other Informt
William Dry< no role >
is this Informants property and
was picked out of his pocket as aforesaid but
who picked his pocket of the said Watch he
cannot tell
And this Informant Joseph Connell< no role >
for himself
saith that in the Month of March last this
Informant being out of brought & very poor was
induced by a person now present who calls himself
Richard Delany< no role >
als Richard Smith< no role >
to connect
himself with him to Pickpockets and this Informt
the same Delany frequented Vauxhall where
they Committed divers Felonys and also frequented
the Play houses for the purpose of Picking Pockets
that on the 12th. Day of April last being Easter
Monday this Informant went with the said
Delany al. Smith into Salisbury Court
Fleet
Street
the Lord Mayor then going to Saint Brides
Church when the said Richd Delany< no role >

a Mans Pocket of the Silver Watch Steel
Chain and Seal now produced this Informant very
well recollects the Number and makers Name and
when this Informant & the said Delany at Smith
came to this Informant Lodgings and Delany
