Middlesex to wit


The Information of Alexander Williamson< no role >
and Thomas Jones< no role > taken before me
one of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County

Who being severally upon Oath say and first this
Informant Alexander William for himself saith
that nor about Friday the 13th. of August Instant about
two o' Clock in the afternoon
a person now present who calls himself Thos. Price< no role >
came to this Informant (who is a Baker) & brought
a peice of Meat for him to Bake that in about an
hour afterwards the sd. Thos Price< no role > came to Inquire
if the Meat was done & what it was o'Clock this
Informant then went to look at the Watch now
produced which then hing by the side of this Parlour
Chimney piece & within sight of his Parlour Door
where the said Thos. Price< no role > the Stood
and in little less than an hour the said Price came
again & came to the Parlour Door this Informant
then being in the Shop selling some Bread & he
this Informant went from the Parlour to the Shop
he same his Watch banging At side the Chimney Pieces
& Whilst the sd Thos Price stood in the parlour this
Informant went & fetched the Meat & gave it to him
this Informant further saith that there was no
person either in Parlour or shop from the time that he
saw his Watch hang to the time that he Missed it
which was about five Minute after the said price
was gone for the person whom he sold the Bread to
did not come into the shop but was severel over
the hatch of the Shop door & then he went away
and this Informt. saith that the Watch now produced
is the property of this Informant & was stolen from
him as abovementioned but that the Name & Number
of the said Watch which was upon it when it was
so stolen had been crased out & a new Name &
number put thereon and saith that he verily
believes the said Thomas Price< no role > stole the said
Watch and no other person and this Informant
Thomas Jones< no role > for himself saith that on Saturday
