The Information of Edward Skeate White< no role > and
William Knapp< no role > taken before me this 18th.
day of August 1773.

Who being upon Oath says and first the said William Knapp< no role > for
himself says that on the 26th. day of July last he received a Bank
Note for one hundred pounds now produced No. C 125 dated May 29th.
1773 payable to Messr Bland & Barnett & Co. Bearer from the
said Edward Skeate White and afterwards paid the same to Messrs.
Stow & Co. Grocers in London, and the said Edward Skeate White
for himself says that the Bank Note for one hundred pounds
which he paid to the said William Knapp< no role > as aforesaid he had before
received from Thomas Guy< no role > of Reading
