Who being severally upon Oath say and first
this Informant William Leader< no role >
for himself
saith that on Saturday night last the lost ten Ducks and
two Geese which were Stolen in a workshop
belonging to this Informant the being the Constable
of the Night the other Informant Thomas Cotterale
was brought into the Watch house by the other
two Informant James Cameron< no role >
& Walter Butler< no role >
that upon the said Thos Cotterell< no role >
being searched
One of the Geese now Produced was found upon
him this Informant verily believes that the
two Geese now produced are the property of this Informt
give Stolen from him as abovementioned
And this Informant Thos Cotterell for himself
saith that about one o Clcok on Saturday Night
last he together with the two persons now present
who call themselves John Russell< no role >
& William Hicks< no role >
went to the Workshop of The other Informant
William Leader< no role >
when John Russell< no role >
opened the
Door & they all went into the said Shop together
and Stole there in the two Geese now produced
and ten Ducks Which Ducks John Russell< no role >
tooktiet up in a Matt & carried [..] away
but where this Informant cannot tell the
two Geese were taken by this Informant and the
said William Hicks< no role >
And these Informant Walter Butler< no role >
and James
Cameron< no role >
for themselves Jointly say that they are
two of the Patrole of the Parish of Saint Andrew
