The Information of Mary Welch< no role >

Who on her Oath Saith that one Johanna
Cordwright
< no role > this Informant hired us a Servant
to pay her One Shilling a Weeks on Thursday
last and between twelve and One of the Clock
the same night when she this Informant
was preparing to go to bed [..] she Examined
and found all her door & Widows fastened
and when this Informant got up Next Morning
which was about SixofO'Clock on the Friday
she found the Casement of the Chamber Window
of Johanna Cartwright< no role > where she Lodged open
when she went to Call her up, and looking round
the Room found she was not there [..]
[..] was then Surprized and Search her
House found a Large Quantity of Wearing
Apparel Amising sd as him [..] a Pair of Silver now Bar [..] which she suspected the
said Johanna had feloniously taken and
Carried Away and this Morning the said
Johanna Cartwright< no role > was Apprehended and the following
Benj were found upon per (Viz) one Linen Gown
one [..] Chequed Apron one Shift me Black
Calamance Petticoat one flannel Petticoat one
Half Handkerchief one Silk Handkerchief one
Silk Cardinal one Pair of Stays one Pocket
Book and one Silk Hatt all which this Informant
saith are her Property and Suspects that the said
Johanna Cartwright< no role > did feloniously Steal take
and break out and Carry away out of her Dwelling
House in the Night time and in Particular a Pair
of Yellow Worsted Mitts was or Searching her found
in her Pocket all which things are here Produced
