The Information of John Walker< no role >
Jane Paller< no role > Francis Tollington< no role > &William [..]
taken before me One of his Majetys
Justices of the Peace for the said
County

Who being severally upon Oath say and first
this Informant John Walkis for himself saith
that about noon on SundayYesterdayhe was Picked up by
a Woman now present who now calls herself
Mary Wellington & went with her to she Turks head
in Dyot Street Saint Giles Where they joined
the other Informant Jane Patten< no role > that they
drank together of the said Jane Patten< no role > left this
Informant & the said Mary Wellington< no role > after the said
Patten left them this Informant felt in his pocket
& found that he had about twelve Shillings in
Silver & then went to two other Public Houses
when the said Mary Wellington left hand and
then he Missed his Money

And this Informant Jane Patten< no role > for herself
saith that she was Company with the other
Informant John Walker< no role > & she abovenamed
Mary Wellington< no role > at the Turke in Dyot
Street about Noon on Sunday last and the
said Mary Wellington observing that the said
John Walker< no role > had put a Quantity of Silver into
his Pocket advised this Informant to put
her hand into his Pocket and take it which
She refused & left their Company & went &
Informed the other Informant Francis Tollington< no role >
the Landlord who Immediately turned the [..]
said Henry Wellington< no role > out of the House but she
returned to the said House several times
