The Information of Richard Hone< no role > Fe [..] to William Edmead< no role >
of Stainer in the said County taken upon oath before me one of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County the first day of
Novr. 1772

who upon his Oath Saith that yesterday morning
about four o' Clock the discoverd that he had cort a Silver
watch which in the night he usually kept in a Leather Bag
& after Search made found Richard all wright who had been a
Servant to his said Master William Edmead< no role > in a Stal [..] belonging
to his Said Master engron being ask'd by he said Richard Hone
whether [..] the said Richard alewright< no role > had god the Watch which
was Cost the said Richard allwirght replied yes & Pull'd the Watch
out of his Borked & laid if down upon the Table and this
Informant further saith that the said Watch is now in the Hands
& Custody of John Stone< no role > Constable of the said Parish of
Stairs
