Saith that on Account of the Indictments
being found so late in the Session to get with his
ill State of Health he has not been able to make
the Necessary preparations for his Defence to take
his Trial in the above Causes not has he this Dept.
from the Shortness of Time ( as yesterday was
Sunday [mark] fixed for this Deponent Trial) been able
toserve any [..] Subpana
the Witnesses in his Defence in these Causes And
that one Wm. Eastwood< no role > of Sense Lane London
Jeweller is a very material Witness for him
this Dept. in the said Prosecutions and without
whose Testimony this Dept. cannot with any
Safety Proceed to the Trial of the said Indictments
And saith that he for several days last past
