Property or to that Effect which this Informant sayth was an
Inducement for this Informant to discount the Same And this
Informant sayth that some short Time after this Informant
became possessed of the Said Note the said Thomas Bradshaw< no role >
became Bankrupt upon which this Informant inquired after
the said James Banks< no role >
in the Neighbourhood of Rathbone place
and was there informed that one Banks had formerly lived thereabouts
but had for Some time been a Prisoner in the Kings Bench Upon
which this Informant Applied to the said James Bolland< no role >
for
a better Security for the Money so advanced on said Note when the
said James Bolland< no role >
denied to this Informant that he had ever seen
or knew any Thing of this Informant or of the said Note or had
ever received any Value for the same or to that EffectAnd
this Informant sayth that he is informed & verily believes that
the said Names James Banks< no role >
so indorsed upon the said Note
was so written & indorsed thereon by and is of the Hand writing of the
said James Bolland< no role >
and not of James Banks< no role >
And that the
said Name James Banks< no role >
so written & indorsed upon the said
Note was falsely made forged & counterfeited by the said
James Bolland< no role >
with Intention to defraud him this Informant
And that the Said James Bolland< no role >
did when the Said Note and

so forged & indorsed thereon
with Intent to defraud him this Informant as aforesaid And this
Informant sayth that the said Note is still due & unpaid and is
