The Information of Harry Piddington< no role >
taken before me this 13th. day of
September 1771

Who being upon Oath says that last Night he was at Marybone
Gardener that his Pocket was picked of his Metal Watch [..] the
said Gardens, that a person now present who calls himself Charles
Lyon< no role > was standing near him at that Time, that he this Informant
seized hold of the said Charles Lyons< no role > Arm suspecting him to
be the person who picked his Pocket, that he does verily believe
the said Charles Lyon< no role > conveyed the said Watch to Some one of
his Companions, that he caused the said Charles Lyon< no role > to be
taken into Custody during which Time the said Charles Lyon< no role >
acknowledged he had taken the said Watch and said he did it
through Necessity
