Majestys Behalf Against Thomas Jackson< no role > ,
John Shuttle< no role > , Robert King< no role > , and Mary
Payne
< no role > Taken upon Oath before me Joseph
Girdler
< no role > Esqr one of His Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the said County, this
16th. Day of April 1771 .

This Informant upon his
Oath saith that on Wednesday the 10th.
Day of this Instant April between the hours
of Twelve and one O Clock at Night
as he was going along St. Ann Lane
by Aldersgate he was overtaken by
the said Thomas Jackson< no role > John Shuttle< no role > ,
Robert King< no role > , and Mary Payne< no role > , who
laid hold on him, and the said John
Shuttle Threatned to Stick him if he would
not go along with them he this Informant
Accordingly [..] consented and when they
Came to the Door of Mr Moser it was
universally Agreed to lift him up and
to put Him [..] over the Door through a glass
