in Liquor Offered
him a Bed but Beach sayd no they were both
Soldiers
that soon after the said Edwd. Hebrard< no role >
laid his Head down upon the Table & as this Informt
believes fell a sleep and he saw Beach Pass
over theTableCorner of the Table and get between
the said Hebrard and Watson and when the
said Edwd. Hebrard< no role >
awoke he Complained to this
Informant of the Loss of his Snuff Box & Watch
& about One o' Clock on the same Day he Apprehended
the said Beach and found the Snuff Box now
produced upon him And this Informant
Richard Hadderick< no role >
for himself saith that the
said James Williams Watson< no role >
belongs to the
same Company of which he is the Serjeant
And hearing of the above Transaction he Went to
the Lodgings of the said Watson & found him
in Bed. & a hole Cut in the Bed and the Watch
now Produced hed in the Bed
