Who being upon Oath says that about a Week ago he was in Company
with one William Monk< no role >

at the Turk's
Head in Dyot Street
when they proposed among themselves to break
open & rob the house of Mrs. Bellenger at the Crown in Crown Court
says that last Wednesday he was in Company with one Samuel Higbid
who lately lived Servant at the Crown aforesaid and one Joseph
Boreman< no role >
at a Public house near Leicester Fields
which two
persons are acquainted With the said William Monk< no role >

& Peter Farrel< no role >
when it was fixed that the said house
should be broke open the Wight and that William Monk< no role >
who was a Lodger in the house should let the others in, says
the accordingly last Wednesday Night about 2 o' Clock some body
threw something against the Window and the said William Monk< no role >
got up went to the Window and waved his hand to them, that the said
Monk then desired this Informant to go down & let the persons in,
that this Informant accordingly went down and let in two persons
now present she call themselves Peter Farrel< no role >
& William Nicholas< no role >
with the said Samuel Higbid and Joseph Boreman< no role >
, who broke when
the Bar in the said houses & Stole a Quantity of Silver Plate
