before me this 21st. day of November 1771
Who being upon Oath say & first the said Elizabeth Gee< no role >
for
herself says that last Night her Parlour Door was broke open
and a Quantity of wearing Apparel & Linen now produced
was removed from the places where she had left them in order
to be stolen away two Drawers being also broke open, that
two old Sleeve Buttons now produced were also stolen at the
same time, and the said Sarah Hill< no role >
for herself says that about
6 o'Clock last Night as she came down Stairs at the said house
she found the said Parlour Door was broke open and the
said things scattered about the Room & Passage that upon
searching about the house she found a person now present
who calls himself Ardell Henley< no role >
in the Necessary and the said James Squires< no role >
for himself
says that he found the two odd Sleeve Buttons now produced in the
Breeches Pocket of the said Ardell Henley< no role >
