of the peace
in and for the said County the Twenty
third day of November in the year of our Lord one
thousand seven hundred and Seventy
This Informant upon her Oath saith that last Night about
five o Clock she this Informant being in a little room
adjoining to the Shon of her said Master and looking through
the Glass Sash of the Door that parted the said Room and Shop
she this Informant saw a Man (who is now present and says
his name is Soloman Solomans< no role >
) open the Door of the said
Shop next the Street and come into the same, and take up
a parcel of goods which lay on the Counter or Table
whereupon she this Informant ran into the Shop towards
the said Man who on seeing this Informant immediately
ran into the Street with the said parcel and pulled the
Door of the said Shop fast after him, Saith that she
thereupon called to her said Master and told him that
some person had Stolen Some thing out of the Shop
whereupon her said Master ran out of the said Shop
after the said Man
