Saith that when Hey pawned the within last mentioned Goods he this
Informant and the said John Simpson< no role > Stayed at the Door of the
Pawn brokes shops, whilst the said Mary Cole< no role > pawned [..] it

[..] This Informant further saith that
[..] a little time after he this Informant one
Joseph Hudson< no role > and a [..] person commonly called James Poe< no role > and James
Cole
< no role > broke open a Summer House at Hoxtor and took away therefrom
one Bed and Cover lid one Copper Hittle< no role > and two or three China Bowls
saith that the said person commonly called James Pox and lee aid Joseph
[..] Hudson
< no role > Stayed in the Road or path whilst he this Informant and the
said James Cole< no role > went into the Garden to the Summer House and broken open
the same saith that he this Informant sold the said Bed and Coverlid
to a Broker in wheeler Street for Seven Shillings
