Groundafteraforesaid where this Deponent
saw Green throw the forked Implement away
that he had opened the Door with as aforesaid and
from the sd. Tenter Ground they all went round
to the Front Door of Mr Barkers house where a
Number of People were standing and two WomenWard
who he believes were Servants belonging to Mr. Barker were them and
in the hearing of this Deponent [..] Green &
Wilsonthetelling the Populace, there [..]
were Threeves in the House as they plainly heard
the Boltsmoved backgo below, And this
Deponent further saith that the said Saml. Green< no role >
now present did Burglariously break open the door
of the said Mr. Barkers Dwelling house in Company
with the said John Wilson< no role > now also present and
this Deponent and entered thereintowith an Intent
to Feloniously Steal peaser Plates or any other things
they could get hold of, And this Deponent further
saith that as Green & he were coming on the Road
from Rotherhith to Deptford about Eleven o'Clock
at Night of the 3d. Instt. Green said to this Deponent
he thought he had but a poor Shirt on, and told him,
they wod. take all the Linnen they cod. meet with and
this Deponent asking Green if he know what to do with it
if they [..] should get any, Green replied Yes, if it was
the King's Crown he knew to when to carry, or
Sell it to.
