Who severally being upon Oath & first these Informants
Philip Watdren & Jas. Jarmin< no role >
for themselves jointly
say that about 9 o'Clock last Night they were within
a small distance of the House of Mr. Le Martin
Bedford Row
they heard an Outery of Thieves & Murder.
upon which they Immediately Raw to the Place &
found a Young Man who was Wounded & bound with
a Cord round his Arms & about his Neck who said
for Gods sake, help Assist for I am Wounded & told
them that the Thieves were backwards & they desired
him to get a Candle & they I am Wound to the Stable Door
which join to the Coach House & they found the Coach
House Door Open & went in & apprehended the Person
now Present who calls himself Richd. Bailey who [..]
desired them not to Use him ill & they asked him to
many there were to which he Answered three and [..]
said he was only hired to Carry the Plate And [..]

desired them not to Use him Ill
