The Information of Eleanor Rickert< no role >
John Hayes< no role > Elizabeth Welch< no role > James

Justices of the Peace for the said County

Who being severally upon Oath & first this
Informant Eleanor Rickert for herself saith
that about Six Weeks ago the Day she is not
certain between Seven & Eight o'Clock in the
Evening her Parlour Window Sash being thrown
up and the Blinds only Shut some person or
persons Unknown to this Informant got into
the Parlour and Stole the Goods now produced
being two Shirts a Table Cloth a Coat and a
Pair of Breeches which are the Property of
William Tovey< no role > who is a Lodger in this Informts.
House And this Informant John Hayes< no role >
for himself saith that about Six Weeks ago
the Day he is not Certain this Informantand
together with Wm. Butler< no role > Richard Tomlin< no role > and
Francis Comfort< no role > went to King Street in the parish
of St. Ann's Westmr. between Seven & Eight o'
Clock in the Evening and Saw the Sash of a Parlour
Window thrown up and only the Blindsthrown too
and [..] Francis Comfort< no role > pushed Open the Blinde
& went into the Parlour And this Informant
Butler & Tomlins Watched without And Francis
Comfort
< no role > handed out to them the above things now
Produced And then they Went all together to the House
of Mrs. Welch and went up Stairs where they Sold
all the abovementd things for One Guinea but Mrs
Welch was not present when the things were Sold
for they were Sold to a Person whom this Informt
supposed to be her Husband who hath since
Absconded And this Informant Elizabeth Welch< no role >
for herself saith that about Six Weeks ago the
Days she is not certain about Eight o'Clock in the
Evening John Hayes< no role > William Butler< no role > Richard
Tomlin
< no role > & Francis Comfort< no role > came to her House
and went up Stairs but what was transacted there
