County of Middlesex
Watch Maker who being duly sworn upon his Oath
saith that about Eight of the Clock in the Evening of the third day of
February last this Deponent was assaulted on the Kings high way between
White Chapel
Mount and Saint George's Church in the Parish of Saint

by two Men on Foot then to him
unknown one of whom seized him by the Collar presented a pistol to
him Cryed Stop or We will blow your Brains out whilst the other
Went round to other Side who also presented a pistol and then rifled
his Pocketts and feloniously took from his person and against
his Wile a Guinea on shilling two Six pences and a Gold Watch
and that

the Prisoner is one of the Persons who so assaulted
put him in Fear and feloniously Robbed him of his Money and
the said Gold And that he verily believes that

the other
Prisoner is the other person that so assaulted and Robbed him
