this 15th. day of April 1769
Who being upon Oath says that on Thursday Night last about ½ past
11 o' Clock he was attacked and robbed by three Men in Wapping street
of sixteen pounds and upwards in Cast and a pair of Silver Buckles
out of his Shoes, that it was not very dark & that there was a Lamp
not for off where one of the Men went & looked at the Money, that he
does verily suspect and believe that two personswhonow present
who calls himself James SullivaBiley [..]
is one of
the three persons who robbed him as aforesaid
